Dieterich Bank recently announced the 2021 Commitment to Excellence Award winner. Congratulations to Sarah Hewing, Business Systems Analyst!
Sarah was nominated by her peers for exemplifying the bank’s core values which include service-excellence, value, integrity, and teamwork. Sarah’s dedication to improve processes for her co-workers along with her positive attitude are just a few qualities that make Sarah a valuable member of the Dieterich Bank team. One nomination stated, “Sarah is a great representative of Dieterich Bank, it is evident she truly cares about the organization and is devoted to its progress and success.” Another nomination commented, “She solves teammates’ questions and issues in a timely manner and completes the behind-the-scenes tasks to help co-workers and the bank succeed.”
Sarah resides in Teutopolis, Illinois with her husband Bill. They will be celebrating their 27th wedding anniversary this year. They have three children, Wyatt, Cauy, and Emma. Sarah enjoys helping with the farm and camping with family and friends. The pandemic in 2020 prevented her from visiting Glacier National Park but she hopes to fulfill that dream soon.
