Got a new debit card? Activating it only takes a few clicks! Under the Manage Cards tab in your Digital Banking, you now have the ability to activate your debit card.
Equally as easy, if your have misplaced your card, you can temporarily turn your debit card off from Digital Banking until you find your card back. Just click on Manage Cards and switch the toggle option to "off."
If your card is lost or stolen, you can report that to us through Digital Banking. Simply click on Manage Cards and select the card that needs reported and select "report lost or stolen." This option will restrict your card, and you will not be able to turn it back on. To receive a new card, please visit a branch and they can instantly print a new card for you or you can call Customer Care at (800) 699-9766 to have a new card ordered. Ordered cards may take 5-7 business days to arrive.
If you do notice a purchase on your debit card that you did not initiate, you are able to submit a dispute to our Fraud Department through your Digital Banking. Just click "submit an issue" on the transaction that you believe is fraudulent and submit your dispute information.

Once you are logged into your Dieterich Bank Digital Banking, select the “reorder checks” tab from the menu bar. This will take you to the Harland Clarke website to place your order, without calling the bank!
