At Dieterich Bank we are continually looking for ways to improve the products and services we offer. Because of this, we are excited to announce an upgrade to our core operating system. This upgrade will provide customers with a new digital banking experience and will enhance the system our employees utilize to service our customers. In order for you to ensure a smooth transition of data you will be required to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. We have included important dates and instructions on these changes below:
1st Action Date: July 21, 2022 at 5:00 pm CST
Complete a file backup and a final transaction download by this date/time. Transaction history may be unavailable after the completion of this upgrade therefore it is important that you complete this task on time.
2nd Action Date: July 25, 2022 at 8:30 am CST
Begin following the instructions to complete the deactivate/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure your current quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO
file during this outage. Mint's services may not work during the outage.
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions
were duplicated or missed on the register.
