No, VIP Access and physical tokens will be replaced with the DUO app (Out of Band Authentication (OOBA). All users with ACH approval rights and/or Wire Approval rights will be required to setup DUO (Out of Band Authentication (OOBA) during the initial log in process.

Will I be required to use DUO (OOBA) every time I log in?

No, you will only be prompted for DUO verification when you approve an ACH batch or approve a wire.

Is there a physical token option? 

No, physical tokens are no longer available. 

ACH Processing Questions

Will I be able to upload a nacha (ACH) file from my accounting software into the new online banking system?

Yes, you will be able to upload a nacha (ACH) file into the new online banking system. Refer to the Business Online Banking Guide or Business Online Banking video for instructions.

I have created manual batches to send ACH files. Will my batches convert over to the new online banking system?

Yes, we are working to convert your manual batches to the new online banking system. We do recommend saving a copy of your manual batches prior to July 20th. You can use this file to verify that the batch information converted correctly. Instructions to save a manual batch are available on the website.

Will I be able upload csv or tab delimited files into the new online banking system?

Yes, you will be able to upload csv or tab delimited files using your existing format into the new online banking system.

Will I have to setup the file layout for the csv or tab delimited file?

Yes, you will have to set up the layout of your file. Fields can be rearranged to match your existing layout. Refer to the Business Online Banking Guide or Business Online Banking video for instructions.

Will my ACH batch limit change?

No, your ACH batch limits will not change. There will also be additional weekly and monthly ACH limits.

Will I be able to un-initiate batches?

No, there is not an un-initiate button, but files can be unapproved, and edits can be made if the file has not been submitted for processing.

When are files sent for processing?

Files will be sent for processing at 10:00 am, 2:30pm, and 4:00 pm.

Can I create a fixed recurring ACH file?

Yes, if you are collecting or sending an ACH file with the same dollar amount on the same day each month, you can select the day of the month to process and the number of times or end date of the file. The file will automatically generate with no additional action needed.

Positive Pay Questions

Are the new Positive Pay upload requirements different in the new system?

Yes, the new required fields for positive pay are account number, check number, amount, and check date. The fields can be put in any order.

Will I have to build the file layout for the positive pay upload file?

Yes, you will need to setup the layout of your positive pay file. Fields can be rearranged to match your layout. Refer
to the Business Online Banking Guide or Business Online Banking video for instructions.

Will the Positive Pay review and upload times change with the new system?

No, exception items will need to be reviewed by 10:00 am. Items not reviewed by 10:00 am will default to being returned. File uploads should be submitted by 6:00 pm.

Online Wire Questions

Will my Wire limit change?

No, your wire limit will remain the same. There will be additional weekly and monthly limits.

Will I use the same wire pin?

No, a wire pin is not required in the new system.

Remote Deposit Questions

I have a check scanner and remotely deposit checks, will I be able to remotely deposit checks via https://www.dieterichbank.com/ ?

Yes, you will now be able to access the remote deposit capture website via www.dieterichbank.com. The first time you access remote deposit capture through www.dieterichbank.com, you will be prompted to enter your login for the remote capture website. After this initial confirmation, you will not be prompted to enter the remote capture login information again.

Can I continue to log into the existing remote deposit capture website?

Yes, the existing remote deposit capture website will continue to function as it does today.

Will remote deposits post sooner in the new system?

Yes, deposits made before the 4pm cut-off time will memo post periodically throughout the day.

Will I be able to view the check images of deposited items through online banking?

Yes, all check images of deposited items will now be available for viewing in online banking.
