Dieterich Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Jarrod Rucks as Treasury Management Officer serving Monroe & Randolph counties. In this role, Rucks will focus on building, developing, and managing relationships with new and existing commercial deposit customers while helping business owners strengthen their financial operations through tailored treasury solutions.
Rucks comes to Dieterich Bank with 18 years of financial experience, including 12 years of financial management. He has worked extensively with customers to structure financing, navigate financial decisions, and identify solutions that support long-tern financial goals.

Rucks joined Dieterich Bank in November 2025. He lives in Waterloo, IL with his wife, Jessi, and their two children, Liv, age 5, and Skyler, age 8. Outside of work, he enjoys watching his children participate in sports, staying active in his community, and pursuing his hobbies, including golf, hockey, and volleyball.
