OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not improve your chances of winning.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) Giveaway sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on September 18, 2024, at 8:00a.m. Central Time and ends on November 29, 2024 at 12:00p.m. Central Time. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dieterich Bank, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must: 1) be a legal U.S. resident, 2) be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, officers, and board members of Dieterich Bank are not eligible for sweepstakes. Promotion is void outside of United States and where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter by tapping the ITM screen and interacting with the Live Banker at either of our ITM locations – Downtown Waterloo or St. Elmo. The Live Banker will manually enter you into the sweepstakes drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the sweepstakes period.
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: There will be 3 separate drawings during the sweepstakes period. You must re-enter each sweepstakes period to be eligible for the second and third drawings.
Drawing 1: September 18 – September 30 (drawing on September 30)
Drawing 2: October 1 – October 31 (drawing on October 31).
Grand Prize: November 1 – November 29 (Drawing on November 29)
PRIZES:
$100 Check: Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries – drawings will be held on September 30 and October 31 and the winners will receive a $100 check.
$300 Check: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries – the drawing will be held on November 29 and the winner will receive a $300 check.
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone. Need not be present to win. If you are notified as a winner, you must comply with all conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent on fulfilling all requirements. Any potential prize winner must meet all eligibility requirements of Dieterich Bank. Winners may pick up their prize at either the St. Elmo or Downtown Waterloo branch. Winner will have 30 days to respond to Dieterich Bank stating they will claim their prize. If prize is unclaimed after 90 days, it will be forfeited. No prize substitution will be allowed. Limit one (1) prize per person.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state only) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found on the Sponsor website, https://dieterichbank.com. Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEBRASKA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
