Initial Set-up 

Telephone Banking will be unavailable after midnight on Thursday, July 21. The service will be reinstated on Monday, July 25.

All customers will have access to Telephone Banking Services after Monday, July 25 and will need to follow the initial login instructions listed below. 

  1. Call (877) 245-2265 
  2. Select Option "3" to update your pin. 
  3. Enter one of your account numbers. 
  4. Enter your current PIN (This will be the last 4 digits of your social security number or tax ID number.) 
  5. Enter your new PIN 
  6. Confirm your new PIN 
  7. Once your new PIN is entered, you will be able to inquire on and transfer funds between your valid accounts.
