Dieterich Bank is acquiring five First Bank branches located in Breese, Chester, Columbia, Red Bud, and Waterloo, Illinois. As part of this acquisition, customers will be migrating to a new online and mobile banking platform that will be available Monday, August 10, 2020. In order for you to ensure a smooth transition of data you will be required to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. We have included important dates and instructions on these changes below:
1st Action Date: August 7, 2020 at 5:00 pm CST
Complete a file backup and a final transaction download by this date/time. Transaction history may be unavailable after the completion of this upgrade therefore it is important that you complete this task on time.
2nd Action Date: August 10, 2020 at 8:30 am CST
Begin following the instructions to complete the deactivate/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure your current quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO
file during this outage. Mint's services may not work during the outage.
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions
were duplicated or missed on the register.
