What's Happening?

Dieterich Bank is upgrading its core software including online & mobile banking
platforms. The upgrade is scheduled to occur Thursday, July 21
st - Monday, July 25th. Our team has been working diligently to ensure a smooth transition and a successful upgrade. Our branches and Customer Care team will be operating with normal business hours during this timeframe. Prepare Ahead of Time

  • Withdraw cash prior to Thursday, July 21 from an ATM or branch location.
  • Carry alternative forms of payment, such as cash, checks, credit cards, etc.
  • Initiate Bill Pay payments due between Friday, July 22 and Monday, July 25 prior to July 21.
  • Transfer necessary funds prior to Friday, July 22.

What's Available & What's Not:

1. Mobile Banking users will be required to download the new Dieterich Bank app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app will be available for download on July 25.
2. Debit cards will have limited access to available funds.
